For some people it is hard to accept standard projects which are mainly optimized in the interest of a producer whereas the esthetic side of a building is often neglected. Quite often the function of a building and the environment itself may require an individual approach. It is like with a suit which you can buy in a supermarket or make it to order.
In Japan, which is one of leaders in wood architecture, the carpenter-builder is at the same time the architect of wood house too. It is because wood application an joining of it are closely related to the image of wood house both in details and on the whole.
We are timber frame carpenters-joiners and therefore we would like to offer to work out the sketches for your intended wooden building.
The cost of individual designing is 10 EUR/m2. In this sum 3D sketches, 3d plans and the estimated cost of making construction are included.
If you sign a contract with us, then these costs are deducted from the price of construction.
We also prepare the components of sketch project – facades, foundation and floor plans, sections, construction plans which the architect hired by you, will have to attach to the project and then present it to Building Board for approval. About designing possibilities you may turn to mail@3radi.lv.
